
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 LB ground chicken or turkey
-1 whole egg
-1/4 cup of coconut or almond flour
-salt and pepper to taste
-hint of garlic powder
-1/2 cup of goat or mozzarella cheese
-2 tbsp of chopped dried tomatoes
-extra virgin olive oil for frying pan

Preparation:
Using a medium bowl Mix all ingredients together without the olive oil .
Heat the oil in pan and place the meatballs apart from each other and cook them over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes until they turn brown.
When they fully cooked , serve them with marinara sauce . You can use small mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes and basil leaves on a skewer for decoration.
