
Ingredients for the chicken and sauce:
-4 tbsp of ghee
-4 skinless,boneless chicken breast
-3 cloves of crushed garlic
-half a cup of chicken bone broth
-half a cup of unsweetened white grape juice
-3 tbsp of lime juice
-basil to taste
Directions:
-Use a large frying pan to melt the ghee.
-Use salt and pepper to season Chicken .
-Sear the meat for about 1-2 minutes, add garlic then sear on the other side for another 1-2 minute to brown .
- Add chicken broth , grape juice, and bring to boil.
-Reduce heat , cover and cook for another 15-20 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
-Remove the chicken from pan and keep it warm.
-Turn up heat and bring the Liquid to boil.
-Add all the herbs and cook for another 2 minutes.

Ingredients:
-2 cups of cauliflower rice
-1 tbsp of olive oil
-salt , pepper to taste
Directions:
--Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
-Add a table spoon of olive oil.
-Add the cauliflower rice and add salt and pepper to taste.
-Stir it every few seconds until the cauliflower softened and just have brown spots on. (10min)
Final touch:
Toss the sauce with the cauliflower rice, add the chicken whole or sliced.
